9./ COMMISSIONS: It is a Costa Rican standard practice that commissions on transactions are paid by the seller side to the agent.  If we deserve a commission due to our informational real estate work, please be sure that our commission is protected because if this does not happen then the property itself can have a lien on it from the agent based in the omission of the payment of the commission and affecting the buyer or other parties. We ask that our rights to commissions are protected in every transaction by adding our name in the contract and paying us  the same day of the closing through a escrow disbursement agent.  However, the commission itself, acceptance of payment does not implies any responsibility on the investment and does not void these policies and disclaimers.
