The property is located in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica, county of
Puntarenas. Known within the surfer's as "The Costa Rica surf city".
The prop. is right in front of the ocean. This
beautiful lot, is sorrounded by
palm trees
and lots of natural vegetation. This beach is considered one of
best surf beaches in Costa Rica ( I'm sure you've read all about it in
Surfer's Magazine! ). Within a mile away you will be able to see
turtles nesting !
The area have an incredible future development due to the
present activity and the sorroundings resorts. Marriott's new mega
Resort and Hotel "Los Suenos". Which holds the biggest Marina and the
