Ballena Bay:

• A scenic view of Tambor beach and access to a white sand beach.
• Two 200 square meter sea-front luxury houses.
• A 60 square meter sea-front bungalow.
• A roofed 2-car garage; a storage room and a guard house.
• A 2.6 x 12.5 meter wooden pier, and a 2.10 x 20 meter concrete pier.
• A properly equipped 30 meter deep well.
• The area includes lawns, fruit trees and ornamental plants.
• Access to the resort is private, and it has electric services from the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE).
• For extension purposes, there is a large plantel with a beautiful frontage on the Pochote Estuary.

Murcielago Bay and Piedra Colorada Beach:

• Has the necessary facilities to arrange tours for guests of Playa Tambor and Tango Mar. Includes an 80 square meter hut, potable water, toilets, bathrooms and kitchen.
• One of the main attractions is a scenic viewpoint known as Mirador las Tortugas, from which you can see the bay from a height of 50 meters.
• There are also caves with stalactites and stalgmites, surrounded by the Dry Tropical Forest typical of the coast.
