SARET Airport Industrial Park and Free Trade Zone

This industrial park located only 1 kilometer from the San Juan Santamaria International Airport. It is situated on about 11 hectares of land (approx. 26 acres). The total current construction is approximately 50,000 sq meters (approx. 538,000 sq ft.). Saret's General Construction Division executed the construction of the infrastructures and buildings.

The industrial buildings have been designed to host manufacturing, assembly and shipping, as well as customs brokering, bank, post office and basic human services. The modules are very flexible, allowing companies to adjust the spaces to their specific space requirements. The inside finishing of buildings and offices has been done according to customer specifications.

The immediate population, within a 10 m ile radius is approximately 589,000. The central location and easy access by both public and private transporation from both cities of Alajuela and San Jose ensures the availability of a large, highly educated and trained work force for both labor and administrative tasks.
