INTRODUCTION

This inversion is going to develop a tourist project of quality, headed to satisfy the needs and requirements of the local international tourism, focusing basically on the activity of golf as well relaxation and recreational activities.

TULIN RESORT will be an integral tourist development, located in Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, with an entire extension of hectares to develop, in which a totally professional golf course of 18 on hundred    condominiums   each    with   200 M2   of   two hotels four and five stars, commercial areas, casino, stores conference    center,    sport   areas,   aerial      terminal,     a town for workers, and a wide.

Thus offering the modern tourist, all the comfort and facilities  in only place.

LOCATION, ACCESS and additional

TULIN Resort is located in Quebrada Amarilla District, Garabito canton, province of Puntarenas, 10 Kms south from Jaco Beach and the property   where    this   will   be   placed  , is   registered under legal page N.60 44488,60  44496 and 6044500 with an extension of 128 hectares and the following boundaries: North, Costanera Sur Highway, South, Agustin Monge Puig, East, Carlos Ramírez, West, Future Central Pacific Wild Life Refuge.

Regarding connection, the zone is located in relation to San José and the rest of the country through the national highway “Costanera Sur” which is appropriate for car traffic during the twelve months of the year. Actually the distance by land from San José, is of approximately 130 km for a two hour trip, time that will be diminished to only one hour with the opening of the new highway.

In case that the tourist wishes a faster trip in order to enjoy his/her stay, he/she can do it by aerial way, which would only be fifteen minutes from the Tobías Bolaños International Airport to La Yolanda Airport, located near the property
